We want to create high-quality, modern, digital instructional materials for introductory-level statistics courses.


If you’re generally interested in science, technology, and education and have a knack for creating content for tutoring or teaching, we’d love to hear from you. Our project is unique, innovative, and creative and provides great entry-level experience.

Deliverables

Students will need to create materials like:


-Multiple choice questions

-Math problems

-Short answer questions

-Instructional videos (not required to appear on video or do voice-overs)

-Projects that teach introductory skills on how to use software for data science and statistics

-Practical materials describing how specific statistical knowledge and skills are relevant to things like succeeding in your studies or getting a job


Specific deliverables may include:

-Images (png files) for stats content created in Canva (or possibly other graphic design software).

-Short videos (mp4 files) for statistics instruction created in Canva (or other graphic design software).

-Multiple choice questions, math problems and short answer questions submitted in Google Forms or Google Docs

-Project descriptions submitted via a Google Docs

-Time tracking and other tabular data submitted via Google Sheets (or Excel)

-Instructional materials on how to use software like SPSS or Excel


Mentorship

Students will work primarily with the owner/director to understand the company to deliver creative, informative, and entertaining educational content. Meetings will occur regularly to ensure that the student is comfortable in their role, understands their tasks, and that progress is being made on tasks. Students will also be given knowledge of business strategies, growth, and development throughout the project.
