Performance Management System for Kiso HQ

The main goal for the project is to create a best-in-class performance management system for Kiso HQ, a startup with remote workers. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Understanding the current performance management process and challenges faced by remote workers. - Researching best practices and technologies for remote performance management. - Developing a performance management framework tailored to the needs of Kiso HQ. - Designing and implementing a system for tracking and evaluating remote workers' performance. - Testing the performance management system and making improvements based on feedback.
