Our company sells seeds online (herbs, wildflower, and vegetables) and over the past year we've had 20,000 customers with growing website traffic and newsletter subscribers. We would like to begin offering a garden planner app to make their gardening experience even easier. Tasks may include: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Identifying key areas of our current product and how they might translate to a mobile application. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our e-commerce website? What social media channels should we utilize? What is the best approach to utilizing our current media goals to market our products? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use? What tone of voice should be used for copy and marketing?
