This course teaches the fundamentals of digital experience design (UXD) and testing. Students will apply best practice techniques learned in the course to evaluate the effectiveness of an existing marketing website or app against defined business objectives. Key topics covered include human-centred user experience (UX) design, cross-channel UX, information architecture (IA), digital product design, and techniques for evaluating the marketing effectiveness of interactive systems.
