Project Examples

As the capstone experience in the Suffolk MBA program, students will apply knowledge and skills from across their courses to the client’s challenge. In addition, students will apply change skills and concepts they are learning as part of the course. Students will collaboratively help analyze the underlying causes of the challenges the change is trying to solve, shifting to a systems view, focusing on the wider impact of the change. Students will help the business anticipate and analyze the future state of the anticipated change. They will work with the client to think about and perceive the challenge from multiple vantage points including multiple stakeholder perspectives. Outcomes could include new approaches to manage the change effectively, new ideas about the challenge, and prototypes of how the problem could be approached differently.
