Students can:
- Develop a strategic quality management plan. Operationalize the dimensions of quality into measurable characteristics.
- Conduct the analysis of the costs of quality by computing different costs and assigning them into categories of internal, external, preventative and appraisal.
Upon project completion, expect a detailed final report and a compelling presentation highlighting key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights. We are open to discussing alternative deliverable formats that align with your specific project needs.

Project Examples:
- Optimizing Supply Chain Quality: Implementing Quality Function Deployment to enhance quality along the supply chain.
- Risk Assessment Framework Development: Creating a comprehensive risk assessment model using fault tree analysis and failure mode and effect analysis.
- Statistical Process Control Implementation: Designing and evaluating SPC charts (Xbar, R, p, c, u) for process control and improvement.
- Quality Management System Audit: Conducting an audit to assess adherence to quality standards and recommending improvements.
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Will need to provide access to resources/data to complete the project.
Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
Be available to attend final presentation either in-person or via videoconference.
