The main goal for the project is to redesign the Appy.Yo website coding and improve the user interface and user experience. This will involve updating the website's backend coding to enhance performance and security, as well as revamping the front-end UI/UX to provide a more visually appealing and user-friendly experience for small to medium businesses looking to join the digital world.

- Analyzing the current website coding and identifying areas for improvement in performance and security.

- Updating the backend coding to optimize performance and enhance security measures.

- Collaborating with the design team to create a new UI/UX design that aligns with the company's mission and provides a seamless digital experience for users.

- Implementing the new UI/UX design into the website and ensuring compatibility across different devices and browsers.

- Testing the updated website to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.

- Providing documentation and training materials for the Appy.Yo team to maintain and manage the redesigned website.

I will be supporting in project management activities, by leading the project, providing and managing accesses. I will manage the time and responsibilities along with the tasks. Will provide support through email and ongoing meetings
