I am an experienced project manager who worked in well established PMOs as well as startups. I mainly focused on building out new PMOs and process improvement. I worked on client facing side also managing customer success teams. I see a huge lack of emotional intelligence which is hindering the relationships with clients and internal teams. This is why AppyYo was created to understand the client and their needs and to provide them support in this digital transformation journey. Real-time inventory insights and geo-location enhancements will further optimize product discovery by predicting inventory availability and offering route recommendations. The project will also incorporate AI-enhanced notifications and sentiment analysis to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
*Physio App Enhancement: AI-Driven Workout Customization
The Physio App is a mobile and web application designed to assist users in injury management and workout routine customization. Currently, the app includes features such as injury management, custom workout routines, and progress tracking, along with physiotherapist-specific tools for patient management. The goal of this project is to enhance the app by integrating AI capabilities to offer personalized workout routines based on user preferences and injury data. Additionally, the project aims to develop predictive analytics for injury prevention and enable voice-activated assistance for guided exercises. The project will focus on backend development for creating a database and APIs, as well as frontend development for designing UI components. This enhancement will provide users with a more tailored and interactive experience, improving their rehabilitation and fitness journey.
