Currently we sell mostly online and want to increase in this area. We are in retail stores primarily in Atlantic Canada and are working on finding the right distributor for national placement. This year we are renovating our workspace to include a training area for video and a retail space with beautiful areas that are Instagram worthy. The intent is to create an online community where customers can interact with Indigena. All brand assets including the new website, video and photoshoots have been created.
The project would include :
- Increasing revenue or market share for an existing product/service.
- Promoting a new product/service launch.
- Increasing brand awareness
- Improving online communications (along with recommendations related to the product or service, packaging etc.)
- Improving customer acquisition/retention.
- Identifying new market segments and opportunities.
This project will include a complete marketing plan with an indepth presentation including analysis of all four marketing mix elements: product, price, distribution, and promotion.Original research about your customers and potential customers with creative, detailed and actionable recommendations, based on a well-defined goal.
