My name is Graeme Halliday-Gunn. I am a student currently studying Global Resource Systems in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at The University of British Columbia. My interests include sustainability, international development, education, and earth science.
In my free time I am an avid hiker, biker and kayaker, and I love to get outdoors whenever I can. I am a high level Ultimate player, and I also coach high school teams on the side. I am a proud member or the Royal Canadian Marine Search & Rescue in North Vancouver, and volunteer several times a month.

Facilitator
Insight Global Education
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
March 2021 - Current
Every year, Insight Global Education runs programs across the globe for students ranging ffrom middle school all the way ti university. During my time as a Facilitator, I was charge of groups of students from various high schools across Metro Vancouver as they departed on "week beyond walls" programs. These programs saw students travelling to various NGOs, social enterprises, and speakers with the goal of learning more about how sustainable development, and how it is growing on a local scale. My job as Facilitator was to ensure the safety of my cohort as we travelled around the city, and connect with the various partners we were visiting. Most importantly, my job was to facilitate discussion and learning on a wholistic level by providing questions and themes aimed at bridging all of the partners we visited through the lense of sustainable development
As I continue my Employment with Insight, I am set to begin working as a facilitator with their travel programs, which see groups travel both domestically, and all over the world.
