The goal is to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation. Learners will analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to refine Ofori's brand identity and DNA. The project will involve researching market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. By aligning the brand with growth objectives, learners will help Ofori enhance its market presence and appeal to its target audience.
