Hello Roberto,
We never got to speak. Unfortunately, we lost three members of our team. So, the product submitted today is from both Rania and I (Mily).
This project has reinforced a core principle that the recruitment and selection process is dynamic, complex and a critical part of human resource management in organizations.
It has allowed me to acquire an understanding and appreciation of a new industry – SaaS B2B. Before you can craft a tailored recruitment strategy, it is important to develop an understanding of the business, positions, performance metrics etc.
It has given me a new appreciation for startup businesses and the resources limitations they face. As an example, having always had access to 3rd Party Compensation Salary Survey’s, I learned how difficult it is to complete a comprehensive market compensation analysis for B2B Sales positions. You have to really dig as detailed information is limited. Regardless, I think we pulled some interesting Canadian Market Data and recommendations for you and your team to consider.
This project challenged me to think, consider and recommend strategic initiatives that are cost effective and focused on improving outcomes. I strongly believe LuLAI can build a strong Employee Value Proposition that is competitive despite budget constraints. This assignment wasn’t just about completing a “Paper”, we were given the opportunity to educate, influence and enable a business.
