Our company provides regular training for clients, so they are up-to-date on ethics and environmental standards as well as changes within the industry. We would like to collaborate with students to examine our company’s training programs and recommend areas for further training and development. Tasks may involve: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s training programs and their objectives, templates, and implementations. Conducting research on corporate training programs of other organizations. Analyzing data from employee interviews and surveys regarding training. Identifying topics of future training such as those related to new employee training, new product training, security procedure training, leadership development, diversity training, mentorship programming, or sexual harassment training. Recommending next steps for improving our company’s training programs.

Develop a Functional Desktop Application: A comprehensive platform that allows for extensive data management, detailed reporting, and analytics capabilities tailored for desktop users, providing a broad overview and deep insights into compliance management. Develop a Mobile Application: An on-the-go solution optimized for mobile devices, focusing on ease of use in field conditions, including features like quick capture for compliance documentation, offline functionality, and real-time notifications. Ensure Cross-Platform Compatibility: Both applications should work seamlessly across various operating systems and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience and accessibility for all users. Implement Robust Security Measures: Given the sensitivity of compliance data, the applications must feature strong security protocols to protect user information and comply with data protection regulations.
Coworking & event space Layout Optimization
We have been serving customers for decades, and we would like to increase sales in our store. We believe that changing the layout of our shop could lead to more revenue per customer. We would like to collaborate with students to generate profitable layouts for our store. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our services. Researching commonly used floor plans for working spaces. Considering factors such as traffic flow, customer behaviour, product placement, displays, and customer amenities. Creating a blueprint of a recommended store layout. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending changes to improve our site’s accessibility.

The goal of this project is to design and develop a new website that not only showcases Latin@s+'s mission, programs, and events but also provides an accessible platform for donors, volunteers, and community members to interact and engage. The project will involve creating a cohesive design that reflects the organization's values and ensures easy navigation for users. The website should be optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring accessibility for all users.
