We are especially grateful for the clarity of your implementation roadmap and the emphasis on Indigenous partnerships and long-term sustainability. Your contributions have provided our organization with a strong foundation for advancing our environmental, social, and governance commitments. I also want to personally commend you on the leadership, insight, and talent you brought to this project. Your patience, professionalism, and excellent instincts—especially as we worked through communication and coordination challenges—did not go unnoticed.
