The main goal for the project is to grow the online presence of Jessica De Castro & Co through a comprehensive digital marketing strategy . This will involve creating a social media plan, implementing SEO optimization, and more to increase brand visibility and engagement. The company is currently undergoing a major rebranding with an official launch planned for late April 2024, so this will be a major piece in making the launch a success.

Social Media Communicator
We are looking for someone to support our communications director with content for our social media channels. We want to build our audience and get more compelling content out that invites interaction. Right now we have limited resources to devote adequate time to coming up with reels, stories, posts etc. We'd love to create more videos and ways of showcasing our work. By the end of the project we hope to have: built our audience by 10% made our content more compelling (increasing engagement) discovered what content creates the most interaction

Coello Creative Agency seeks a team of learners to develop a comprehensive and innovative marketing campaign. The goal is to increase brand awareness and engagement through a multi-faceted approach. The project involves five distinct roles: Social Media Marketing Intern, Community Outreach Liaison, Data & Market Research Intern, Virtual Assistant, and Graphic Design + Copywriting. Each role will contribute unique perspectives and specialized skills to create a cohesive and effective campaign. The team will collaborate closely with Coello's in-house team to ensure alignment with the company's brand and objectives. The project will provide learners with practical experience in market research, social media strategy, community engagement, and creative content development.

The primary goal of this internship project is to enhance the organization's market presence and sales through strategic social media campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives. Interns will be tasked with developing and executing key components of a comprehensive marketing plan, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engaging with the target audience more effectively, and driving sales growth. By the end of the project, students are expected to have made significant contributions to components of the marketing and sales plan.
