Training Needs
• Develop HR content for training orientation & on-boarding of new employees; content to also be used for existing employees when required. Before they start Day 1 1 week 30 days 60 days 90 days (completion of probationary period) • Acknowledgement that employee understands policies • Training content (corp. policies, Health & Safety, dept. training, process training on ERP, etc) • Need to have consistency in all locations • Consistent training • Document for all supervisors/managers in various locations to follow We want to creatively present all material on our internal portal so that it is easy to follow and locate the information. Other HR related items outside of this project will also be found on this page; not yet developed.
