• Develop HR content for training orientation & on-boarding of new employees; content to also be used for existing employees when required. Before they start Day 1 1 week 30 days 60 days 90 days (completion of probationary period) • Acknowledgement that employee understands policies • Training content (corp. policies, Health & Safety, dept. training, process training on ERP, etc) • Need to have consistency in all locations • Consistent training • Document for all supervisors/managers in various locations to follow We want to creatively present all material on our internal portal so that it is easy to follow and locate the information.
