Chris Mulhall is the Founder and CEO of Motivators.io and the creator of the Motivator Assessment Profile (MAP).
He is also the Founder of Whiteboard Talent, a management consulting firm that is challenging the status quo on all things talent. In his 20+ year corporate career, Chris held multiple senior leadership roles in Talent Management, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Chris is a Certified Career Coach, an advisor to numerous start-ups and scale-ups, and a popular speaker on the topics of Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Next-Gen Talent Strategy.

Webshop creation and integration
Hi there! We are looking to partner with students to create a webshop that will integrate with our assessment platform. At Motivators.io, we provide HR Consulting, Talent Assessments, and Career Coaching Services. Our mission is to empower workers and companies to identify and fulfill their top motivators at work. In that regard, we are looking to partner with students who are motivated to build things from scratch, partner with senior leaders, and want to support their career growth and development. On the assessment side, we sell our assessments to individuals, Career Coaches, and companies. That's where we're looking for your support. Our goal with this project is to make it easy for anyone to purchase individual or bulk assessments directly from our website, Motivators.io. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Creating the webshop page / shopping page on our Squarespace Website. Creating the payment processing function with Stripe. Integrating with our assessment provider via Zapier or Make. Testing the functionality and refining the process.
Data Analysis and Visualization
We're a Canada-based start-up, but we have a global vision and mission: To create the world's most comprehensive and valid dataset on employee motivators. To empower workers and companies to identify and fulfill their top motivators. At Motivators.io, we provide HR Consulting, Talent Assessments, and Career Coaching Services. On the assessment side, we collect insights on the top reasons why employees choose to join, stay with, or leave a job or company. These insights enable companies to make smarter investments in the programs and services that truly matter to their employees. Our dataset also provides real-time insights into workplace motivator trends by region, job function, seniority, etc. We would like to collaborate with students to analyze and visualize our raw datasets. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our dataset objectives and analysis procedures. Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset. Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts using Looker Studio and other visual data tools. Creating a repository of aggregate data with filterable fields. Identifying interesting trends and recommendations of market opportunities based on the data insights. Telling a story and insights based on your data analysis of motivating factors.
Web Development: Creation of a digital product
We would like to collaborate with students to launch a digital product to be featured on the e-commerce section of our website. The current assessment is housed on a third-party platform, and we would like to build our own assessment that is embedded as a digital product on our website.
