The team of 3 were fantastic! Knowledgeable, very detail-oriented and thorough in their approach to tackling this project. Throughout the entire project they kept a positive and upbeat attitude. They focused on doing things the right way, rather than the quickest way. They ensured that I had the right necessary starting stage, to be able to take the project to the next step. They were great to work with and a definite asset to the project. They were very methodical and did the necessary research to ensure that they were putting the right pieces together and doing things efficiently and effectively. I greatly enjoyed working with this team! They will definitely be an asset to whatever company hires them full-time.

Positive/The Good: Team of 3: Anson, Benny and Jeffry are highly motivated individuals, open to learn new technologies and things are done in real world. Watching their motivation, I gave them complimentary knowledge sessions on API interface, Git and source tree. Negative point: They were able to create Django app and end points, however, API functionality are incomplete or done incorrectly. **They must learn to use online developers resources as much as possible e.g. google, stack overflow, framework documentations instead of spending too much time on one bug/task when they are stuck (bug or logic). Overall/Suggestions: With their growth mindset, they can be an asset if they manage time and resources efficiently and complete all the tasks as expected when working in team in the given timeline. Use online resources.

Benny and Jeffrey were good to work with and had prompt communication throughout. We ensured that project tasks were modified to better fit their interests and are happy that they enjoyed working on this Koble project.
