Executive MBA students studying Managing Business Operations. Students have a minimum three years management experience to enter this program of study. Many students are in responsible roles in world class organizations (e.g., Ford Motor Company, National Australia Bank, RMIT University, Vinci Energies etc.). Students have completed Design Thinking for Business and are completing cross functional courses in Accounting, Leadership and Ethics, Marketing, Managing Technology and Innovation Strategy and Financial Management. This give students a sound basis for an industry focused Managing Business Operations project with Riipen.

Bring on learners from RMIT to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience will learn to: Create client focussed business operations options for business stakeholders Use design thinking when exploring operation problems/opportunities Negotiate with and lead discussions with business stakeholders Apply research principles and methods to develop ethical and sustainable solutions for problems and issues in contemporary business operations practice

Academic Board is responsible for governance of all aspects of the University's academic mission. As an Elected Faculty Representative on RMIT University Academic Board represents the interests of RMIT College of Business and Law faculty in Board discussions and voting on matters of oversight of academic quality and standards, academic freedom, academic and research integrity, innovation and risk. Elected for three terms: 2015 to 2017, 2020 to 2021, and 2022 to 2023.

Program Director for the Executive Master of Business Administration at RMIT University. Responsibilities include student recruitment, student pastoral care, rankings, accreditation, financial viability of the program; liaise and coordinate with the Dean of School, Deputy Dean Learning & Teaching and Head of MBA on teaching quality, faculty oversight, and the student experience. Reporting and planning outputs include EPAS accreditation reporting to European Foundation for Management Development, and the RMIT Comprehensive Program Review process. Commenced at RMIT University in February 1999 as a permanent (with tenure) faculty member.
