Your Sweet Spot Life is exploring the potential for a vertically integrated, self-sustaining resource system in Canada. The project involves researching existing warehouse and refinery infrastructure that is currently not in use. The goal is to identify available resources and determine what additional infrastructure needs to be developed. This analysis will help the company understand the feasibility of utilizing existing facilities to create a seamless supply chain. The project will require learners to apply their knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and infrastructure analysis. By focusing on underutilized resources, the company aims to optimize operations and reduce costs associated with building new facilities. Research existing warehouse and refinery infrastructure in Canada. Identify available resources and infrastructure that is not currently in use. Analyze the feasibility of integrating these resources into a self-sustaining system. Provide recommendations for additional infrastructure development if necessary.
