I'm very happy with the team's final recommendations. Their deliverable will be a useful starting point for a PM fully documenting the needs of this feature at Riipen, particularly since it includes the learner perspective on a feature that really affects them. As the team lead, Felicia did a great job on coordination and communication; I didn't have to reach out proactively for any project steps, Felicia made sure the team stayed on track and was very professional in her communication. Siddhant drew some very accurate conclusions on scoring criteria and clearly broke them out between completion criteria and qualitatively assessed criteria. Motunrayo described the configurability of the solution and created a prototype that helped me understand the team's recommendations, and that introduced some new but important UX requirements. Where the team could have improved would have been in their understanding of the current Riipen platform in order to make their suggestions more specific to our needs. Reviewing the project thoroughly before the first call and coming with detailed questions would help in a future project. I have a role in that too and have learned to spend more time up front on the project requirements and on understand Riipen, first. I would be happy to work with this program again based on my experience with this team.
