We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Play Forever is a non-profit organization providing structured and accessible recreation, education & mental health services to the youth of Toronto, Ontario. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization on social media. We have weekly social media workshops with community partners that we need content for. Creating graphic design assets

We're looking for a student to help us with the creation of new graphic design assets. This will include: Create annual report and business one pager to be used for partnership proposals Coming up with colour themes and branding guides that aligns with and builds on our existing branding. Recruitment Video Production

We want to set our organization apart from the competition with a vibrant, compelling recruitment video. We would like students to script, produce, and edit a video that highlights our organization's culture and encourages applications. We target videos relating to sports, education and health. We think this project could include the following stages: Script pitch Script approval Filming scheduling Post-production

Animated Product Video Creation

Our organization is looking to develop an animated video about our services. We are looking for a group of students to assist us in the script development, storyboard, scene creation, and animation of this video. We envision this project to include but not be limited to: The creation of a fun and engaging 1-3 minute animation about our services and product functionality that is consistent with our brand guidelines and communication strategy This video will be displayed on our website and shared by email We are looking to animate existing and new videos to become more interactive with our followers

Digital Marketing Strategy

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? Who should be partner with for marketing campaigns? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use?

The goal of this project is to create graphic assets such as social media content, flyers, logos, brandings, and more to help promote Play Forever's mission of providing structured and accessible recreation, education & mental health services to the youth of Toronto, Ontario. Project Deliverables Design Assets Package: A comprehensive package containing all design assets, including logos, social media graphics, flyers, branding guidelines, and more, delivered in organized folders. Editable Templates Suite: A suite of editable templates for various design assets (e.g., social media posts, flyers) to streamline content creation, provided in formats like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

The main goal for the project is to create engaging and informative videos that showcase the programs and services offered by Play Forever. These videos will be used for promotional purposes to attract more youth to participate in the organization's activities. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the different programs and services offered by Play Forever. - Planning and scripting the content for the videos. - Filming and editing the videos to ensure high quality and engaging visuals. - Incorporating interviews and testimonials from current participants to add authenticity to the videos. - Adding subtitles and translations to make the videos accessible to a wider audience. - Creating a distribution plan to ensure the videos reach the target audience. Final deliverables: -- Mp4 or similar format of the video - Raw footage and edited video files.
