Product Management Study for Software-defined Radio in Autonomous Vehicles
Project overview: Qoherent is investigating offering its products and services into the automotive industry, specifically within Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV). Our goal is to understand how software-defined radios are used in the automotive industry, and what opportunities for machine-learning powered radios may exist. Qoherent aims to understand: Use-cases for software-defined radios within automotive, vehicular, and defence applications. The workflow of these use cases. Technical challenges and limitations. Algorithms and implementations of software that are currently used in the industry in space and on the ground. Technical specifications, costs, power constraints Challenges and opportunities for the use of AI within CAV’s We hope to use findings gathered in the project to inform future plans for product development, R&D, and positioning.
Marketing Blog Post Creation
Stratosfy helps restaurants minimize food inventory loss and equipment downtime by automating temperature monitoring via sensors and remote monitoring software. We would like students to put together blog posts on our website that aligns with our value proposition. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of the product, market, and value proposition we offer to the market. The goal is to put together 20 blog posts during the period of the project. We will be sharing your blog posts on our social media posts.

The objective of this business development project is to drive growth and profitability by targeting the right audience. To achieve this goal, the project will focus on four key areas: Identifying the ideal customer profile through market research and analysis, Building a robust and efficient sales pipeline, Crafting compelling outreach messages and Developing effective sequence templates to streamline the sales process. By thoroughly understanding the needs and behaviors of our ideal customers, we can create targeted marketing efforts and sales strategies to attract and retain them. A strong sales pipeline, along with impactful outreach messaging, will help ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and ultimately lead to increased sales and revenue for the business.

This involves understanding the target audience, identifying market opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing data to make informed decisions about the direction and focus of marketing efforts. The marketing strategy role requires a combination of creative and analytical skills to create compelling messages, design effective marketing channels, and measure and analyze the impact of marketing activities. The ultimate goal is to increase brand awareness, drive demand for the company's products or services, and generate a positive return on investment.
