Growth Marketing Intern
Project Overview: This project offers an opportunity for students to develop and execute a targeted marketing campaign to support Consoul’s pilot program. Students will focus on a specific campaign with a clear start and end point, learning to apply marketing concepts to real-world scenarios. The goal is to increase awareness and drive participation in the pilot program while providing a structured and manageable experience for the learner. Learning Objectives: Understand and apply market research techniques to identify target audiences. Develop persuasive marketing materials tailored to specific goals. Execute and analyze a focused marketing campaign from start to finish. Gain hands-on experience with campaign performance metrics and optimization strategies. Key Tasks: Market Research: Conduct targeted research to identify the best channels for reaching potential participants in the pilot program. Content Creation: Develop specific marketing materials, including a landing page draft, a series of three email templates, and one week of social media posts. Campaign Execution: Design and launch a mini-campaign focusing on a single channel (e.g., LinkedIn or email) and track its performance. Performance Analysis: Compile a summary report with key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Digital Healthcare Product Testing and Launch Sign-up Project
Consoul is a digital health platform on a mission to prevent caregiver burnout. We are excited to have our current minimal viable product ready for testing and our main goal of this project is to conduct and get more users to test our product and get people to sign up for our upcoming launch. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Creating a marketing plan to reach potential users and get them to test the product. - Developing a sign-up page for the upcoming launch. - Creating promotional materials to advertise the product and upcoming launch. - Creating a user feedback system to collect user feedback and insights. - Analyzing user feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Testing the product with users and making improvements based on feedback.
