While doing this research work they will apply and use Project Management methodologies and tools to structure and formulate their research work and results.

Requirements
  • Investigate the competitive landscape to identify effective messaging for promotion, formulate strategy, and make other recommendations for your organization.
  • Market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for a new or existing product or service. This might also include a clear identification of segments and persona creation.
  • Develop an ideal marketing Mix based on industry research and customer surveys.
  • Identify a clear overview of your specific market and your company's proposition; identify potential opportunities and or threats through an in-depth SWOT analysis.
