Details

The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive training deck for Ofori, a company that values its brand heritage and personalized service model. The project aims to equip staff with in-depth knowledge of each SKU, enhance their selling ceremonies, and refine application techniques. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge to develop easy-to-reference one-pagers for staff to use at the point of sale. Additionally, the project includes creating consumer-facing literature that details product knowledge, signature services, and how-to guides. This project provides an opportunity for learners to integrate marketing, communication, and product management skills in a real-world context, ensuring that Ofori's staff and consumers have access to clear and concise information.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive training deck that covers brand overview, personalized service model, and SKU-specific product knowledge.
