The program is designed to propel scholars to a successful career while celebrating their diverse identities and cultures. Scholars receive perks including scholarships, leadership training, and corporate trips. Through Riipen we are ensuring that the scholars have the skills and experiences needed to be top candidates for internships and jobs. Students in Rise Up who will work on the Business Management Consultancy will be sophomore undergraduate students in management, HR, operations/supply chain, IT, or finance.
