This team did a remarkable job in difficult circumstances. Unfortunately I dropped the ball in terms of communicating with them. I don't know how - but I did. And still they produced a highly detailed report which indicated to us a firm understanding of our business and its challenges in online marketing. It is one of the best we've seen.
