The platform consists of multiple parties: drivers, sellers & customers. A strategy will need to account for these stakeholders & mitigate for all these parties' needs. The plan should include: Final Report Research & Recommendation Market/Buisness analysis The startup has been backed by organizations such as DMZ, Harvard, & some of the top 100 founders in Canada. Students will be mentored by CEO & founder who has both a mechanical engineering & software background.

We're an early-stage startup looking to develop a financial model for our cutting-edge technology. We're solving a very interesting problem which I'm sure would be stimulating to students & will provide them real-world experience. We can provide access to internal documentation other information as needed as well as access to key contacts. We would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial model, which we can present to investors. The plan should include: Cost and revenue structure Stakeholder Analysis Pricing & Break-even analysis Key Metrics such as CPT, CAC, MRR The platform consists of multiple parties: drivers, sellers, customers. A financial model will need to be made to come up with a system that can mitigate all these parties' needs and provide a robust profit margin.
