Monthly Accounts Payable Process Optimization

We implemented Intuit's QuickBooks Online general ledger (GL) product last year, and as a mechanical contractor (plumbing, fire protection, sheet metal, and HVAC), we have to purchase a lot of materials for projects that we bill back to clients. Unfortunately, these vendor monthly account statements come in myriad formats, and we haven't figured out a way to automate the process of importing and transforming this information...meaning that our accounts payable (AP) team has to manually enter and validate hundreds to thousands of lines of data each month! We need your help to find and implement a solution to this thorny issue!

Search Engine and Website Optimization

Our team is looking to take our online presence to the next level in order to drive organic traffic to increase job applications, new customer and partner connections, and to enhance general brand awareness. We already have regular social media posting, but are under-educated in search engine optimization (SEO) and have done little to nothing to design our website to support this process. Project activities will include: Educating our team on how to optimize our web presence for SEO Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers, partners and recruits search for Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google for key search terms Recommending how to redesign our web site to drive more traffic to the content
