This includes video production, photography, visual/design work, and copywriting. The project should be manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks. Organization and Repositioning of Rhozeland
The primary objective of this project is to assist with the organization and repositioning of Rhozeland, a creative media studio, towards a more technology-based direction. This includes setting up payroll, timesheets, invoices, organization, security, and establishing a stronger foundation. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.
Rhozeland Financial Infrastructure Improvement Project
The main goal of this project is to improve Rhozeland's financial infrastructure and data input for audit, organization, and governmental purposes. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing existing financial data and identifying areas for improvement. - Developing a new financial infrastructure system to improve data input and accuracy. - Optimizing software runtime performance and assessing areas for improvement. - Researching other variables that can improve the accuracy of financial data. - Accounting for additional variables in the financial infrastructure system. - Testing the developed system and making improvements based on additional data.

The aim of this project is to improve Rhozeland's online presence and broaden its digital reach. To accomplish this, we will create a cohesive digital marketing strategy, develop captivating content for various digital platforms, and optimize the website for seamless search engine functionality.
Project Today: Empowering Digital Creatives
The goal of this project is to continue the development of Rhozeland’s online application for its community of digital creators. The application, Today, is meant to be an ideation tool and social platform to foster collaboration and create professional contacts. The project should focus on improving the user experience and interactivity of the application. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the existing user interface and user experience. - Developing new features and functionalities for the application. - Optimizing the application for better performance and user experience. - Researching new technologies that can be used to improve the application. - Testing the application and making improvements based on user feedback.
Creative Community Internal HR System and Processes
Rhozeland continues to grow, we need to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee management. We have the desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tool. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption. We want to use this opportunity to redesign our onboarding and community culture. Through this collaboration, we would like to develop a plan that addresses three key areas: The needs and challenges of practical performance management/evaluation Research and identify performance management options available that might suit the needs of our team A rollout/pilot plan that identifies what our team needs to consider in adopting a new tool
Set Designers - Event Installation
We are looking for students to play a role as the set designers for our upcoming concept event "FUS". A student in this position will understand the logistical aspects of the event's projects and the execution of event installation and concept designs. Students in this position will overlook the capstone project through an event planning hands-on production role Communication and team discussion and delegations with Event Planner Students will help facilitate the event marketing and outreach The student will play a key role in helping the project manager create a more efficient work process.

We would like to involve students in this exciting time as we work to develop our processes for our start-up business. We are looking for students to join our team to generate reports that assist the company in monthly presentations, meetings, funding opportunities, and proposals. Reconciliation will tie into the live data that the business faces every day. Students will be required to cross-reference each account to assist with future reports. We can provide access to internal documentation and other information as needed, as well as access to key contacts.

Develop the current Rhozeland platform into a web-based application. Fully functional marketplace with online solutions for creative ideas. Rhozeland has developed its own proprietary website, rhozeland.com, a digital studio to complement our physical space, which features web-based applications available on desktop and mobile. Users are able to upload and showcase their artwork, curate their profiles and connect and collaborate with other artists. Rhozeland.com also features a marketplace function, allowing users to buy and sell artwork directly through the application. Apart from this, rhozeland.com also provides administrative functions like logging check-ins and booking studio time. Users of the rhozeland.com application will be able to access all of their project files directly through the website without having to use any third-party applications. Users will also be able to directly message Rhozeland staff, and participate in a community-board.
