Document HR Processes Research best practices across all HR processes and interview internal stakeholders to define and document the official HR processes for the Foundation: Recruitment & Selection, Performance management, Learning & development, Succession planning, Compensation and benefits, Employment Law and Compliance, HR payroll, data, and analytics Maintain up-to-date information on our internal platforms (JustWorks, Deel, and Google Drive) Curate the Internal Newsletter: Research, gather, and develop engaging content for the internal newsletter. Collaborate with various departments and individuals to collect news, updates, and announcements. Create visually appealing layouts and design elements to enhance the newsletter's readability and engagement. Ensure regular and timely distribution of the newsletter to all employees. Update Staff Handbook: Review and update the existing staff handbook to reflect current policies, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of the content. Organize and present information in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner. Seek feedback from employees and incorporate necessary revisions to improve the handbook's effectiveness. Internal Communications Support: Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with the communications team to create content for internal campaigns and announcements. Proofread and edit internal communications materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. Monitor internal communication channels and respond to inquiries or escalate as necessary. Contribute innovative ideas to improve internal communication processes and tools.
Special Programs and Events Assistant
We Are All Human Foundation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Special Programs and Events Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Events and Special Programs to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in securing deals and partnerships with influential individuals, as well as maintaining organized records of all related files. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Prior experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Google Drive - Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
