We're tackling the growing issue of workplace burnout among employees balancing work and caregiving — a challenge most companies don’t even realise they have. Students will apply creative storytelling and digital media skills to produce content that aligns with ConSoul’s brand voice and messaging framework. You’ll work directly with the founder to help amplify our message, support event-related promotion, and contribute to a public-facing wellness campaign that’s actively changing how modern employers support their people. This is a chance to apply classroom learning to a real-world startup environment — and create content that makes a meaningful difference.
