Our company is looking to create a new logo to update the image of our brand and give us a fresh look. We hope to retain the “feel” of our brand and remain recognizable as we have established ourselves as a trusted company over the past several years. Developing and designing 3-4 logos for us to choose from, including standalone symbols and versions with our brand name. Developing a new framework for logo usage guidelines. In an earlier project with Springboard, we reviewed the document feature. We would like to continue their work and consider how best to add "auto-tagging" to the document upload. We need a group of students to consider how best to incorporate this aspect, condduct user testing and report the results back to us. WHAT IS THE MAIN GOAL FOR THIS PROJECT? To provide the BoardSpace website, marketing materials, guides, app etc in French to support Canada's Bilingual Policy. We currently provide our software application in English and French. Some of the translation for the application was done professionally, but some was done using Google Translate annd needs to be reviewed. The website and the rest of our resources and marketing materials are available in English only.
Market Research Project investigating Customer Support/Ticketing System for Condos
We are looking to launch a new subscription software service related to this. We already offer board management software to the condo and nonprofit market. We would like to offer ticketing/support services for the condo/HOA market. We need to better understand the potential for this service in our target market and ensure there is a need and demand for it. This will allow us to determine if we are targeting the right segments to be profitable. We want to ensure we offer benefits and use our marketing budget most effectively. Customer Support / Ticketing System for BoardSpace - part 2
We already have a web application with customers in Canada and the United States. For our condo and homeowner association clients, we would like to expand our features to include a customer support/ticketing system. Planning for this feature started with a previous Springboard project. The initial project conducted customer research, competitive market analyses, identification of key features and created initial low-fidelity wireframes. This project will build on their work. Lo-fidelity wireframes will be further developed into mid-high fidelity wireframes. Initial testing with the wireframes with key customers will serve to validate initial designs as well as identify missing aspects.

Our current website needs review. We would like to collaborate with students to create new pages that help users navigate the site and find up-to-date information. Our BoardSpace website was created using WordPress and custom theme Divi (Elegant Themes). This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Identifying and researching useful web pages that can be included on our website. Creating new pages for the website, with our assistance in providing the content. Reviewing and updating old web pages to ensure consistency of information.
